Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS and Fedex to ensure fast and secure delivery within the United States. Shipping carriers are automatically selected based on delivery location and speed.
We offer the following shipping option:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders:
$6.99 USD for standard delivery
There are no additional handling or packaging fees – what you see is what you pay.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services to include international destinations in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@drewcottril.com.
Delivery Limitations
We currently do not ship to the following locations:
- U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)
- APO/FPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Drewcottril is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address:
- We can re-ship it to a corrected address, but an additional shipping fee may apply.
- If you prefer to cancel the order, we can refund the item cost (excluding original shipping fee).
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, production begins and cancellations may not be possible. If you made a mistake or need to update your order, please reach out to us immediately.
