Return and Refund Policy
By placing an order with Drewcottril, you agree to the terms outlined below. We’ve established this policy to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for all our customers. This policy applies to the United States.
30-Day Return Policy
You have up to 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To start your return:
- Email Us: Send a request to support@drewcottril.com.
- Provide Info: Include your full name, order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return. (If the item is defective/damaged, please attach a video or photo to speed up verification).
- Get Label: Once your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid Return Label (RMA included).
- Ship Back: Simply print the label, affix it to your original (or secure) packaging, and drop it off.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes:
- Used, Washed, or Worn Items: Any t-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use (e.g., stains, odors, or damage) cannot be returned.
- Items Without Original Tags: The item must have all original tags attached.
- Items Not in Original Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging or a secure equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
- Items with Alterations: Products that have been altered in any way are not eligible for a return.
- Items Without a Valid RMA: Items returned without prior authorization (a Return Merchandise Authorization number) will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If an ineligible item is returned, we will not issue a refund, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
Refunds

Your refund will be processed quickly once the return is approved.
For Non-Returnable Items: If we receive an item that does not meet our return policy conditions (e.g., used, washed, or without original tags), we will not issue a refund. In this case, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
Important Note: While we process your refund within 7 days, please keep in mind that it may take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account. This processing time can vary by institution.
